Kaitlyn Hennie
Hey! I’m Kaitlyn—an actor, storyteller, creative, and aspiring model graduating this May with my B.A. in Theatre: Acting/Directing from SUNY Binghamton. I’ve trained in classical and contemporary acting for both stage and screen, most recently playing Rosalind in As You Like It at the Anderson Center for the Performing Arts.
As a Black mixed-race woman, I’m passionate about telling real, honest stories that explore identity, love, and the full complexity of Black girlhood and womanhood. I don’t act to fit into a mold—I bring my voice, my truth, and my full self into every role. Whether I’m on stage, on camera, or figuring it all out along the way, I’m building my voice—and my empire—one project at a time.

WHAT'S NEW? 〰️
Just wrapped my run as Rosalind in As You Like It at the Anderson Center for the Performing Arts! This role seriously pushed me—in the best way. I got to tap into Rosalind’s quick wit and big heart in a version of the play where the court was reimagined as a corporate office (yeah, power suits and all) and the Forest of Arden became this colorful world of freedom and self-expression. It challenged me, stretched me, and made me fall even deeper in love with Shakespeare.
